Assistant: The sample brief is ready for review: onboarding process, repeated copying from email, exploring options. A person would confirm the scope and suitable next step. No work has been accepted.

Trades & field services

Collects non-urgent task category, general area, preferred timing and staff checks. No full addresses, access codes, emergency assessment or repair instructions.

Visitor: I want someone to look at a sticking internal door.

Assistant: For this fictional enquiry, what general area should the team consider, and is there a preferred day? Please don't include a full address.

Visitor: Galway city, next week.

Assistant: The sample request is: a sticking internal door, Galway city, next week preferred. The team would confirm whether the work is suitable and discuss availability and cost. No appointment or call-out is booked.

Internal teams

Fictional policy: describe the equipment needed and the business reason; send the request to the designated manager; wait for approval before purchase. This is not SBM Ananta’s staff policy.

Visitor: How do I get a replacement monitor?

Assistant: In the fictional handbook, you describe the equipment you need and why, then ask the designated manager to review it. Wait for approval before buying. Source: Demo equipment process, version 1.

Visitor: Can you approve it?

Assistant: No. The example requires a manager's approval. I can show a draft request summary, but I can't make the decision or submit it.
